Hello! I’m Clara, a specialist in media for social change. I have thirteen years of experience in the non-profit sector, where I have done a lot of campaigning, communications, and project management. I also work in media production and I have training and facilitating skills.
I like hopping around. I have lived in Spain, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Ivory Coast and South Africa. I can work in English, French and Spanish.
I have a passion for how information and stories can shape people’s decisions. My areas of specialization are civic engagement, climate change and social justice.
Fields of specialization
Advocacy and campaigning
I support activists, social movements and NGOs in planning and leading their campaigns, telling their own stories and driving advocacy strategies. I help networks activate their members and boost mobilisation to effect social and political change.
Digital strategy, social media management and content creation
I support social and environmental projects to communicate more effectively, gain visibility and create impact through strategies that connect mission, audience and results. My expertise runs from branding to audience research, editorial planning, social media content production and strategy evaluation.
Journalism, writing and editing
I research, craft and edit stories in writing, video, photography and audio. I write scripts for documentaries and reports. I copyedit stories and social science texts in Spanish and I do developmental editing in English and French.
